I am a certified Clinical Counsellor with over 8 years of experience in counselling and Trauma-Focused CBT. My work focuses on supporting working professionals dealing with emotional fatigue, burnout, anxiety, performance pressure, and internal overwhelm.
Alongside clinical training, my background in Design Thinking and NLP informs my understanding of emotional challenges — not as isolated personal issues, but as patterns shaped by thinking styles, work environments, roles, and expectations.

I integrate Design Thinking into counselling to help clients break down complex emotional experiences, gain clarity, and move toward practical solutions. NLP principles are used to identify and shift unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns consciously and sustainably.
Trauma-Focused CBT forms the clinical foundation of my work, supporting emotional regulation and cognitive restructuring where trauma has impacted functioning.
Hypnosis, when used, is integrated carefully as part of the counselling process to calm the mind or support change in harmful thought or behavioural patterns. It is applied ethically, selectively, and only when clinically appropriate.
